When a school signs up with Schoolshop for the supply of school uniforms, we create a stock profile of garments ready decorated and hold them in our warehouse. They are then ready for picking, packing and dispatching when an order is placed.
Outside of the Back to School season we normally complete orders either same day or next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday mornings and generally leave us the same day.
If your order can’t be fulfilled straight away we will let you know with a date for when the order can be completed.
When we complete your order it usually arrives with you 48 hrs later, but some parcels may take 72 hrs to be delivered. During the busy Back to School season it takes longer to complete orders due to sheer volume. Please bear with us during this busy time, we normally complete orders within 10-14 days in the summer and will keep you updated by e-mail of the progress of your order.
Schoolshop has been developed to sell uniform for schools. We set up a special section listing all the products for a school. Parents can go online, find their school, choose what they need and have it delivered to their doorstep.
There’s no minimum order so parents can order at a time most convenient to them and the school benefits because they don’t have to administer uniform sales or handle all the cash associated with this activity.
